Grace Soyao

Grace Castillo-Soyao is Founder & CEO of Self Care Catalysts, a patient solutions, data, and intelligence Analytics Company. Grace‘s mission is to identify and translate intersection of basic science, behavior science, analytics to inform healthcare decision making to improve patients’ health.

Self Care Catalysts was accelerated at MaRS in Toronto, JLabs Toronto,  Springboard Enterprises, an all-women accelerator program in the United States.

Grace Castillo-Soyao is also a Member, Industrial Board of The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences, Board Advisor to YouBase, a blockchain company and she is also an Advisor to the Internet of Things Community since 2016. Grace is also a Institutional Board Member of The Fields Institute, an organization that advances research in mathematics, statistics and computer science.

Most recently, Grace raised $2.7M, seed capital for Self Care Catalysts and built a Real World Evidence platform with a team of 13 FT staff (Software Engineers, Physician Scientists, Behavior Scientists, Pharmacist, Health Researchers). She efficiently turned a small capital investment into a company that now generates revenue from Pharmaceutical customers. She is currently preparing to raise more capital to scale and grow the  personal health data and analytics industry.

Grace has more than 25 years of corporate executive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industry, having spent her career in Product Launch and Commercialization and Strategy, Insights & Analytics, Business Development and Commercial Marketing in global, regional and domestic roles.

She started her career at P&G, Pfizer, Novartis and has consulted and collaborated with various Consumer Health &  Pharmaceutical companies in North America and Asia.

Grace completed various continuing professional and management education, from Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto, Executive Development Program, The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania, Strategic Business and Economics- University of Asia Pacific and Bachelor of Science, HRA University of the Philippines.
